Logger service randomly quits

Any ideas what could be causing this?

My logger service seems to be randomly quitting. No reason for it.

RHEL 4 ES, x86_64, 4.5.6 Network Edition

It used to do the same with 4.5.3 Network Edition before I upgraded.

I will probably implement a Monit script to monitor and restart any services that fail, but rather than just fix the problem like this, I'd prefer to get to the bottom of the problem, and fix it properly - and make my system more stable
