Default Spamassassin AWL score question

I have an internal user whose awl score fluctuates wildly causing his email to be tagged as spam on occasion. I'm not to sure how to go about fixing this & am looking for some tips.

I was thinking of removing the address from the awl database but I don;t know how to do that within the zimbra framework. Are there any tools that let you look at the awl database? Where is the database?

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks.. peter

Hi
AWL stands for AutoWhiteList
More information here: AutoWhitelist - Spamassassin Wiki
That should give more info on how to tweak it. Our configuration files are in /opt/zimbra/conf

Good luck
