authentication error for POP3

hi,

I am new with zimbra collaboration suite, hope there's anyone can help me for POP3 settings with outlook

I was trying to test port 110 or even port 143 by telneting into it but i got an "-ERR Re-Authentication Failure" after i key in the password.

is there anything i need to do on the configuration? what could be the reason?
