So what you'rre saying is that on the Default COS/Advanced tab, the Password Locked option is checked? That certainly wasn't the case when I did the install of the GA version, I initially did an upgrade then a clean install and both times it was unchecked. Anyhow, as long as you've fixed it.
Sorry, I'm looking at the wrong tab. On the Features tab it was also set 'ticked' after the upgrade or clean install as far as I remember.
