Hello!

Before I get into it, props to the developers, Zimbra looks great, end-users love it!

I've been working my way through the documentation provided and have written a handful of soap functions that work by authenticating as our account 'zimbra'. This account has WAY too many privileges (including a shell on the server).

My question is probably extremely simple: I would like to create a roll account that is able to make changes VIA soap, but has no user associated on the OS...

Whats the best way of doing this? I don't particularly want to have this user to have any email box associated either.
