Update:
I have tried to set this using the zmprov command using sudo -u zimbra bin/zmprov ms <fqdn> zimbraMailMode both
and
sudo -u zimbra ./zmprov ms <fqdn> zimbraMailPort 8888 zimbraMailSSLPort 443
I see that all of these settings took in the configuration database by doing "zmprov -l gs ... " but after restarting mailboxd and/or all services via zmcontrol I still have nothing via browsing nor an nmap query. I have tried looking for permissions issues, errors in logs, configuration file path problems in the zmtlsctl script itself and looked in the .xml.in files as appropriate and nothing sticks out.
I really hope there is some sort of workaround for this or a way to modify the tlsctl script to accomodate us.
