I did clear the cache of the FF 1.0.7 Web browser. Before I had had many FF browsers on my desktop, I finally decided to kill them all. Then I ran one Ff browser, it showed up the same problem.
A minute ago, I quit using my SuSE10 laptop and FF 1.0.7 Web browser. I did another test on my Windows 2000 notebook with Window Internet Explorer (IE version 6.0.2) Web browser this time. The same issue of not letting me create a new user account exist. This happens on both Zimbra GA OSS versions of SuSE 10 and SuSEES9.
This is definitely a bug in the GA release as far as these two tests are concerned.
Any ideas on how to solve this issue is greatly appreciated !
