OK in order to know what caused it we'll need to see the IMAP trace. You can enable IMAP trace by setting javamail_imap_debug to true in <install>/conf/localconfig.xml and then restart zdesktop background server (see wiki if you don't know how to do that). The IMAP trace will then go into <install>/log/zdesktop.out. Thanks!
