Apparently, you haven't read the whole thread. The problem is that they CAN'T fork it the way the license is currently. The license requires the Zimbra logo be used, and if MS owns the logo, they can prevent anybody from using/forking it. The OSS license they use is not like the GPL. If they switched it to GPL, then people wouldn't be worrying because forking would be possible.
