We are an all Mac shop, the server information from my profile is correct. I discovered the problem in my normal browser, Firefox, but also tested it in Safari, where the Edit button is gray as well. On a side note, I tell my users not to use Safari but not all listen to me. A number of the have reported not being able to send messages from the AJAX Safari web client. Since we do not support using Zimbra in Safari I politely told them to use Firefox and they report it working. |
