in outlook try
file->open->other users mailbox
the from the Gal chooser, select the user that has shared content with you.
Go the the folder list in outlook and compress the folder tree. Do you see 2 folder hierarchys? You should see one that says "Zimbra - <Your User Name>" and another that says "Zimbra - <Other Users Name>" |
