Are you talking about the Zimbra Collaboration Suite or the Zimbra Desktop? If it's the Zimbra Desktop, are you on a 64bit system? If it's 64 bit then the Desktop won't install on that, there is an
RFE for it if you'd care to vote. If that's not what you've got then what error messages do you get?
