I consider that having a seconday MTA is mandatory.
It's not just about upgrading, it's about having your incoming emails safe.
It's even better if your secondary MTA is somewhere else (your ISP, another collocation site, etc) : if your primary MTA looses internet access, your secondary one should still have it. |
