I hate to think how many times this problem has been posted, and answered, on these forums - you should do a search.
You need to have valid DNS A & MX records and a correct /etc/hosts file for Zimbra to install and run correctly. From the error message above, you seem to have neither of those. If you're behind a NAT router then you'll need a
Split DNS set-up, you should also check the
Quick Start Guide for the correct format of the hosts file.
