Is this related to the other thread you've posted in here:
zmmailboxdctl is not running ? Doesn't make much sense to post a problem with Ubuntu in a CentOS thread.
Have you disabled the firewall and SElinux on this server? Have you tried shutting down Zimbra then killing any left-over zimbra processes and then restarting Zimbra? If you have, what errors do you get in the
logs?
