I forgot to mention that /var/log/zimbra.log, /var/log/mail.log, /var/log/mail.info, and /var/log/syslog all showed the following message:
zimbra.log:Mar 27 23:19:22 mail postfix/postfix-script[17973]: warning: not owned by root: /opt/zimbra/postfix-2.4.3.4z/conf/main.cf
Code:
chown root:root /opt/zimbra/postfix-2.4.3.4z/conf/main.cf
got rid of it.
Also, I must say that my zimbra server is currently behaving very strange, it shows a logon page without formatting. I will look into it and keep you posted.
