John Holder helped...and put in this ticket
Bug 26281 - Check Logger DB integrity and Connection Prior to Installing.
These are the steps I took to get it working...
- rpm -e zcs-logger package
- removed the /opt/zimbra/logger/db stuff
- reran the installation
I think it's ok now.
