Cool Outlook shutdown

It's true that it takes Outlook a little while to shut down. One thing not to do is close it and then reopen it immediately. That being said, in some cases, like if there is a memory leak after some operation, then Outlook really won't shut down, and you have to go into the Task manager and kill it.

A couple of hints to see if you may be in this situation:

1) You have Outlook set to prompt you for a profile, but when you enter Outlook, it goes into a given profile without prompting

2) Outlook comes up lightning fast. Just to check, you might want to exit, wait a little, and then look in the task manager to see if it is still running. If it's still running, kill it. Then you'll be good again.

The key is for us to find all the memory leaks and things that cause improper shutdowns. We're working on it :-)
