 HELP: same issue:
This occurs when powering down the laptop, then powering up and launching desktop Zimbra whether logged in as local user (with admin privileges) or as administrator. However, if I don't power down(or restart) and simply go from local user (first.last name) and simply log off, then login as administrator or log back in as local user... then application runs. Once powered off, then the only way to make Zimbra run again, is to reinstall Zimbra Desktop. Then, it can be opened and closed from the windows desk top all day long, again, even if logout and back in...(just don't restart or power off and on the laptop).
I am running XP on an HP laptop: 5.1 with servicepack 2. I have to reload Zimbra Desktop to get info on it... (but I downloaded it 2 days ago from Zimbra site). Our President, running Vista, does not have this issue?
