Sorry for ambiguous. I mean added external pop3 mail account by going to preference -> accounts in WEB UI.

I found this because I have another desktop so I set outlook and using IMAP to get my email but it doesn't work even I removed the external pop3 account.

Normal account is working fine ,just accounts which have added external mail account.

I created another mail account in zimbra and then test the problem still occur. Outlook seem to reject quickly when I search folder for subscribe/unsubscribe but for thunderbird it take like 10 min to show the folder but it show instantly for normal account.
