So i've just installed Zimbra on a CentOS 4.0 box in /opt/zimbra as installed by the provided script.
I've found the following files:

/opt/zimbra/jakarta-tomcat-5.5.7/webapps/zimbra/
js/ajax/dwt/config/msgs/DwtMsg_en.

/opt/zimbra/jakarta-tomcat-5.5.7/webapps/zimbra/
js/zimbraAdmin/config/msgs/ZaMsg_en.
js
/opt/zimbra/jakarta-tomcat-5.5.7/webapps/zimbra/
js/zimbraMail/config/msgs/ZmMsg_en.
js
Looks like they are the files you're talking about, right?
