Open up calendar, double click to create an appointment, times start at 10am !
Using Firefox 1.0.7, Linux FC4 client. Language settings en_gb, not aware of "locale" setting for firefox, cannot see it in preferences, but in about
:config,
general.useragent.locale=en-GB .
