So, that got the IM working INSIDE the Web client. I still haven't gotten it to work with GAIM/Pidgin.
Here's what I'm trying:
Protocol: Jabber
screen name: lisha
server: zimbra.ourdomain.com
Resource: Home
In "Advanced" I left the default
Connect port: 5222
No joy. I get a "read error" message when the client tries to connect.
