After I rename %SYSTEM32%\mapi32.dll and %SYSTEM32%\mapistub.dll to mapi32-old.dll and mapistub-old.dll I ran %SYSTEM32%\fixmapi.exe. This produced an error dialog with the message "LoadLibrary: GetLastError = 126". I then also renamed %SYSTEM32%\mspst32.dll to mspst32-old.dll and fixmapi.exe still wouldn't run. When I then run Outlook is complains that "The Add-in 'Zimbra Client Extension" (SharingAddin.DLL) cannot be loaded and has been disabled by Outlook. Please contact the Add-in manufacturer for an update. If no update is available, please uninstall the Add-in."
If I don't rename mapistub.dll then I can get fixmapi.exe to run but Outlook still crashes. The mapi32.dll that fixmapi puts back in the %SYSTEM32%\ directory is still version 1.0.2536.0 (the same as the renamed mapi32.dll.
Any other ideas? Thanks again for your help,
