I downloaded the FC3 M3 and it seems to be corrupted.
I tried 3 different mirrors and two download methods. tar -zxvf gives the following errors:
gzip: stdin: invalid compressed data--format violated
tar: Child returned status 1
tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors
I downloaded the FC4 M3 and that file is fine.
