Unhappy [SOLVED] Godaddy SSL Install issue 5.0.1 FOSS Ubuntu

Hello Guys,

I recently migrated from 4.6 to 5.0.1 FOSS for UBUNTU.

I accidently revoked my Godaddy SSL certificate. Unfortunately, the only way to recover was to basically buy a brand new cert.

I created a new CSR and got my fresh cert from them.

From the Admin gui, i was able to deploy the SSL certificate fine. I rebooted. The only issue i have is that the HTTPS webpages still reflect the revoked cert.

Where can I find the location of the cert that Apache/Tomcat references?

What steps can I take to move the new cert into the web gui serving system? I wonder if there is a permissions issue that didnt allow me to swap the cert.

Thanks for your help!
