victory in that case being able to upload that file not a non-blank admin page.
i'll look into dwmtractor's suggestion too. i don't know if that is the same thing as clearing the cache but will try anything at this point. the problem occurs on other machines and in ie 6 too.
also, hopefully this will make it easier to diagnose and not harder, trying to login as one of the test user accounts results in the infamous 'A network service error has occurred (zclient/io).' |
