You should get your server up and running with the zimbra version you were running when you made the backup (4.5.6).
If you have restored from the backup, make sure your permissions are right (run /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmfixperms). Then run the installer against your restore and choose upgrade when it asks you. If all goes well, you will be back up and running with 4.5.6 and you can reattempt the 4.5.10 upgrade from there (or go home at least)
