This appears to be a fresh install - is that correct?
Can you post the contents of /opt/zimbra/.install_history
Run this command, as root, and tell me what (if anything) it returns:
/opt/zimbra/bin/zmjava com.zimbra.cs.util.RandomPassword 8 10
What does this return?
rpm -q zimbra-store
What's the return value?
rpm -q zimbra-store
