To get you back on 4.5.9:
1) If you had done like ./install.sh -u (careful with this -u make sure your backup is tared up/safely offsite somewhere) be sure your /opt/zimbra is empty > then run the 4.5.9 ./install.sh -s > copy in your backup, re-run ./install.sh (no -s option on this last part).
2) Other method is entirely without -s > wipe /opt/zimbra > put in your good backup> ./install.sh using the 4.5.9 installer.

I have asked someone about the perl issue, once your comfortably back on 4.5.9 (be sure to test your restore throughly) you might get to
4.5.10 while we wait to see if they have any insights, keep in mind it appears these are all FOSS so any help given is taking up their valuable time.
