You will need to copy several of Evolution's header files over from the GNOME SVN to /usr/include/evolution-2.12/shell/ and they are:
e-shell.h
e-component-registry.h
e-shell-window.h
e-siderbar.h
Then the environment is ready for your rebuild. I hope this helps.
