Angry And again

Yann (poster above) and I work at the same place. The error has just repeated, some 4 hours after the last reboot. I'm voting for the Zimbra upgrade which was carried out at the weekend as the problem; any takers?

Do we need to escalate this as a support request? If so and it's a bug do we get our ticket count restored?
