I assume that's 25,000? (25k vs 25) Yes, yes they would certainly be able to help.

But some other important questions would include:
- The mail quota's you plan on giving on the average? (as well as existing mailbox sizes)
- Avg number of messages sent/received by those users per day?
- Avg message size?
- Avg attachment sizes? What percentage of your messages contain attachments?
- Are you going to use NE and index attachments?
- Avg active users in a day? And how many max simultaneous users do you need to support?
- Are you totally starting from scratch on servers & storage or do you have something inplace?
- etc etc
