I haven't tried the Split Domain method yet. I was hoping to take advantage of amavis/spamassassin filtering before forwarding emails back to the secondary server. I already do this with Courier-MTA, amavis, clamd, and spamassassin and was considering replacing that setup with Zimbra.
In any case, I do not have a smart host configured in Zimbra. Named is configured correctly to resolve MX for delivery to the secondary server. If I have to do it the Zimbra way then I'll try that. A little flexibility would be nice, though.
