Did you set-up this Split Domain by following the
wiki instructions? Is the /etc/hosts file on the Zimbra server correct (post the details). Do you also have a relay host set in the Zimbra Admin UI? If you do then remove it. This type of problem is usually a DNS or hosts file error.
