If multiple users need to be able to access the support@ emails then you could setup a distribution list for the support@ address and have each user listed as a member. That way each user can manage their own mailbox, but the entire support team can monitor the mail.

I've done that for a couple of accounts, but I really want this to be a separate IMAP user. Both accounts are hosted on Zimbra, but the interface will only allow me to see one at a time.
