Unless you specifically need two separate accounts you could easily add an alias to bob@company.com which will allow the support@ mail to go to him.

If multiple users need to be able to access the support@ emails then you could setup a distribution list for the support@ address and have each user listed as a member. That way each user can manage their own mailbox, but the entire support team can monitor the mail.

Just a couple of ideas...
