Ok here is the update.

To install on vista business running outlook 2k7 I had to turn off uac in control panel and reboot then it installed fine. The first time with uac on it hung during install never said it locked up but I let it run for 30 mins and no movement.

I turned back on uac and rebooted.
I fired up outlook for the first time.
It crashed. I restarted it and it crashed again.
I restarted it again and now everything seems to be working fine.
I loaded my pst using another box with outlook 2003 on it since the pst loader requires outlook 2003 and everything worked fine using an outlook 2007 pst.

So its working great so far. Thank you very much zimbra team!!
