Okay, you need to reset your mysql password. Somehow it didn't set.
If you don't have any data in there, it might be easier to just run the
su - zimbra
cd /opt/zimbra/libexec
./zmmyinit
Script.
WARNING: Running that script wil WIPE/ERASE all data!
