Six months ago, I dumped Outlook for Gmail, using it to pull in POP mail from our corporate IMail server. There were minor compromises (Outlook shows my sent mail as "@gmail on behalf of @mycompany") but the switch was well worth it.

Now we've replaced IMail with a Zimbra server. Gmail does not currently support fetching from IMAP.

I could just use the Zimbra interface, but for various reasons I would much rather find a way to enable Gmail access. It seems like it should be possible to connect to Zimbra through POP. I don't see anything on the forums or in help to describe how to do that, though.

Any help would be appreciated. Keeping my work life in Gmail with the rest of my life will save me a painful transition and keep me happier. Thanks!
