I read the oldest first. At least for me most times it'll include the original and I can see the latest on the thread. Some times like in the case of a forum thread I can see it's already been replied to by Marc and simple mark the entire conversation as read. I see your point and for some it might be more useful to start with the oldest unread. I'll file an RFE. |
