There's a script in the forums that should help with filter migrations, it's in this
thread. You should be able to dump a list of users and re-create them on the new server using zmprov.
I'm afraid what you'll have to do is mostly manual, you have two problems a) the old version of Zimbra and b) the new operating system - but I'm sure you know that already.
