Know this is an old thread-but I was looking for something else in it-BTW you can now filter by headers...I use X-Spam-Level all the time for those who individually want a lower setting: options tab> filters tab> new filter-select headers > X-Spam-Level> contains ** (the number of stars desired)
play with filtering by x-originating ip etc
