 Can add users again after Upgrade from 454 to 456

After Upgrading from
4.5.4_GA_763.DEBIAN3.1 (OS) to
4.5.6_GA_1044_DEBIAN3.1 (OS)
on
tail /etc/debian_version
3.1
uname -r
2.6.19.1
creating of new users through the webadmin is now working again.
