Need some help!

My wife and I have Motorola Q's that up until a security certificate update, worked just fine on the Zimbra wireless synch in SSL. Now that the change has ocurred we have an invalid certificate issue and can no longer use SSL. If we disable SSL, everything works fine, but that is not my preference.

There apparently "was" a utility called SSL Chain Saver available that would allow you to extract a root certificate from the Zimbra server which would then allow you to install the certificate to the device via ActiveSync.

According to our provider, it's nothing we've done, but apparently no one else is having the issue (not sure if that means they are using Q's without SSL on ZCS).

Anyone else experience this or hear about something like this?
