The Zimbra proxy is just that, a proxy - it is not a filter.
There is currently no facility to use the filters in Zimbra for mail that's fetched by the POP collector in Zimbra, there's an RFE in
bugzilla for that feature to be added. If you use fetchmail to get your mail then the filters in Zimbra should be applied, IIRC.
