Before I start - yes, I'm aware of the Salesforce zimlet, and we are currently using it - works fairly well so far.
However one user had a query. If you look in the
Salesforce demo video - you will see what
seems to be integration of the Zimbra interface into a Salesforce tab at the 01:23 mark. The demostrator clicks on a SF tab, & gets a list of emails from the Zimbra server, or something like that.
How is this achieved? How can I do this with our Zimbra server?
I've tried phoning Maccius who supposedly provides the official "Salesforce integration" package for Zimbra (according to
http://www.zimbra.com/salesforce/ for further information. Answerphone. Emailed - nothing. Not very impressed TBH.
Thoughts? TIA!
