7143 and 7993 are usually the imap proxy ports (perdition)
with a singer server install 143 and 993 are probably more appropriate for connecting
zmprov gacf | grep ____________
search for some of these:
zimbraImapBindOnStartup
zimbraImapBindPort
zimbraImapCleartextLoginEnabled
zimbraImapSSLBindOnStartup
zimbraImapSSLBindPort
