Are you asking this about zimbra because you're using the outlook connector?
(you did post this in the outlook connector section but we can never assume-some people just see the word 'outlook', they don't understand that there's an actual connector product for NE customers)
Sry not an outlook user, so I don't know if you can use the outlook connector on more than one profile, but I did find:

Q. How do I switch between profiles?
A. When you are viewing your profile as described above, select the radio button for "Prompt for a profile to be used." When you log on to Outlook, you are prompted to pick a profile.

If you're just interested in how to setup another account in Outlook via IMAP:
On the
Tools menu, click
E-mail Accounts.
(or
Tools>Options/Accounts - search you'll find it
)
Select
Add a new e-mail account
Follow the wizard...
