Why not do it as a configuration change? Then it will be retained across upgrades. For example:

zmlocalconfig -e postfix_transport_maps=ldap:/opt/zimbra/conf/ldap-transport.cf,hash:/etc/zimbra/mytransport

Then do a zmmtactl stop; start
